Conscious and delicious Plant-based Cuisine, Chef Aline draws from over more than 10 years of Plant based Chef experiences to create inventive, nutrient dense, plant-based meals. Each facet of her life plays into the creation of her food.
Chef Aline uses ingredients that support overall health and well being. She infuses meals with medicinal herbs and spices and can tailor her approach to the individual needs of her clients.
For the past 10 years Chef Aline has been working as a high-end plant based Chef and private chef, in her hometown, US, EU and Doha, Qatar. Hosting yoga retreats, having a delivery catering company, as executive chef in middle east at a vegan holding, doing meal plan preparation, & teaching cooking classes.
Chef Aline was formally trained at Matthew Kenny, in US where she learned the art of fermentation, raw and baked cuisine. Right after graduating she travelled the world gaining experience as a line cook with so many different techniques and tastes. From there her career lead her to catering large events & intimate dinner parties. While she followed her passion as a cook Chef.
Spending over ten years working as a Chef she now creates seasonal plant-based meals that are suited to fit any lifestyle, dietary restriction, & unique preferences. All the while keeping it nutritious and simple!
Chef Aline is also an avid world traveler and brings home the concepts of different cuisines to share with her clients.
Through food, sharing stories, and supporting causes she believes in, she create a world rich in connection and compassion.
